Shipping Timelines:

  • Express Shipping in metro and Tier 1 cities: 2-4 working days

  • Standard Shipping across India: 5-9 working days

  • International Shipping: 10-12 working days

Potential Delays for Personalized Orders:

  • During periods of high demand or unforeseen circumstances, personalized items may experience delays of 2-3 days beyond the estimated delivery date. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

Non-Refundable Delays:

  • Simcha Ventures LLP is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by logistics issues, such as carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be provided for delays resulting from such logistical factors.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Simcha Ventures LLP is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred on your order during shipping. All additional charges imposed during or after shipping, including tariffs and taxes, are the responsibility of the customer.
