Cancellation of Non-Personalized Orders:
For all non-customized orders, we offer a cancellation policy that allows you to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellations will be approved as long as the product has not been dispatched.
However, if the order is canceled after dispatch, a shipping fee and RTO fee will apply.
Cancellation of Personalized Orders:
Orders for personalized or customized products cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances once the order is placed and the customization process has started.
Cancellation of International Orders:
Once an international order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances.
We consider exchange requests only for products that are received in a damaged or incorrect condition.
If the product is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
For claims regarding missing items or damaged products, we require an unedited unboxing video as evidence. Please send the video along with your order details to support@simchaventures.in.
Non-returnable items include:

Personalized or customized products
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, have been damaged, or are missing parts, provided the issue was not caused by our error.
Refund for Non-Personalized Orders:
Refund to Original Payment Source: Customers can receive a refund to the original payment method with a 5% transactional & cancellation fee. This refund will be processed within 3-5 working days after processing.
Refund requests will be initiated within 24 to 48 hours from the time of cancellation.
In case of cancellation after dispatch, the shipping fee and RTO fee will apply.
Refund for Personalized Orders:
If a personalized order is canceled, the cost of the personalized item will be deducted from the total order amount. The remaining balance, excluding the personalized item cost and the 5% cancellation fee, will be refunded.
For cancellations after dispatch, the personalized item cost, shipping fee and RTO fee will be deducted from the total order value.
Refund for Damaged or Missing Products:
Once we receive photos or videos of the damaged items and verify the claim, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours and credited to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days.
